Paul
Ifill got his 1st goal for Hawke's Bay United as they held
off Southern United, who missed a late penalty, 2-1. Team Wellington
struggled for goals from open play but luckily Chris Bale got 2
penalties and they drew 2-2 with Canterbury United. Joao Moieria got
a hat-trick (including 1 penalty) for Auckland City as they beat the
Weenix 4-2 at a very hot Kiwitea Street.
Here are
the highlights
Goal of
the week – Hard one this week with so many penalties, will give it
to Stephen Hoyle's 3rd for WaiBOP against Waitakere, even
if he did make it harder for himself
That
leaves the Top 4 as Auckland City, Hawke's Bay United, WaiBOP United
& Canterbury United. Team Wellington are 5th on goal
difference. Waitakere United 6th, 6 points adrift of Team
Wellington and then the Weenix & Southern United with only 1 win
apiece battling to stay off the bottom spot.

Beer
League – As I started out doing every game and then changed it to
just 2 per round there is no beer league this week as I have already done all these match ups in earlier rounds (I would like to say my
wallet & liver are pleased but can't....)
Instead
I got the day off work and went to the Team Wellington v Canterbury
United game and tried out by new camera so here a
couple of the Photos and more on my FLICKR page
